We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented **Business Development Manager (BDM)** with a strong background in IT product and solution sales.
** Key Responsibilities:**
- Generate new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Drive sales of Software, SAP, ERP, CRM & SaaS solutions.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate leads through networking and market research.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
** Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- 6–10 years of experience in IT product and solution sales.
- Strong knowledge of Software, SAP, ERP, CRM & SaaS.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
