Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager from the IT Staffing industry with strong expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) sales. The role requires a proven track record in hunting, farming, and mining client accounts to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition (Hunting) in IT staffing, especially C2H engagements
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts (Farming & Mining)
  • Generate and convert leads into successful staffing opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams for timely fulfillment
  • Negotiate commercials and close deals
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting

Mandatory Requirements

  • 515 years of experience in IT Staffing sales
  • Hands-on experience in C2H staffing is mandatory
  • Strong experience in Hunting, Farming, and Mining
  • Proven revenue generation track record
  • Excellent client management and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of IT roles and staffing lifecycle

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with mid to large enterprise clients
  • Strong market connect in IT staffing
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
