Hiring: Sales & Business Development Manager
Location: Chennai (Preferred)
Purple Drive Technologies is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to lead new business acquisition initiatives across India.
We are looking for a sales professional with established industry relationships and a proven track record of winning new business within IT Staffing, IT Services, Oracle, Cloud, and Digital Transformation solutions. This role is focused on building strategic client partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with enterprises, GCCs, and system integrators
• Build relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and key decision-makers
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
• Develop long-term client partnerships and drive account growth
• Achieve revenue targets through a proactive and strategic sales approach
