About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth for our technology-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B software sales, client acquisition, and delivering impactful product demonstrations, along with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads into paying customers for cloud-based or subscription-driven products.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide business strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 34 years of proven experience in software product sales and client presentations/demos.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and convey value to non-technical stakeholders.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Understanding of subscription-based or enterprise sales models.
