Job Requirements

  • Solid expertise in Upwork.
  • Practical experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or any other CRM, for effective lead management.
  • Create competitive business strategies that align with company goals and targets. End-to-end.
  • Expertise in writing business proposals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and provide tailored solutions and quotations.
  • Technically sound enough to handle client queries and offer solutions.
  • Should be an expert in areas such as mobile apps, web development, digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, Shopify, HubSpot sales, etc.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop and execute client-focused solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
  • EducationalSkills and QualificationsExpertise in writing business proposals.
  • Education qualification can be BE / B Tech / BCA / MCA / MBA.
  • At least 2+ years of experience, with prior Sales / BDE / BDM experience in a software development company (e-commerce web).
  • Must have 3+ years of experience with major eCommerce projects (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce) or CMS platforms.
  • Must have experience with Upwork, Guru, PPH, and Fiverr bidding portals.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Must have knowledge of lead generation and closure.
  • Must have experience with client communication and team handling.
  • Project management skills.
  • SoftSkills requiredSelf-motivated, result-oriented, with a focus on achieving goals.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute successful growth strategies.
