Position Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and experiencedBDMto handleproject-based salesfor Ecoste building materials. The role focuses on driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and executeproject-based sales strategiesto achieve assigned targets
  • Promote and sellEcoste building material productsto contractors, builders, architects, and project consultants
  • Conductregular site visitsto understand project requirements and drive product adoption
  • Identify and developnew business opportunitiesin the assigned area
  • Build and maintain relationships withchannel partners, distributors, and project influencers
  • Track project progress and follow up on leads to ensure timely conversions
  • Provideproduct knowledge and technical presentationsto clients when required
  • Monitorcompetitor activities and market trendsto strengthen sales planning
  • Maintainsales reports, project pipelines, and daily activity records

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
  • 3-7 years of experiencein project sales, building materials, or construction sales
  • Strong understanding ofbuilding material products, contractor networks, and project sales cycles
  • Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Willingness to travel extensively forclient meetings and site visits
