Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Jodhpur, with the flexibility of partial work-from-home. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves market research, strategic planning, and tracking industry trends to drive company growth. The incumbent will work closely with various teams to align business goals and deliver results.

Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen with skills in market research, strategic planning, and business analysis
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficiency in sales strategy, lead generation, and client acquisition
  • Knowledge of IT products and the ability to identify customer needs in the technology and peripherals market
  • Organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Proactive approach and ability to work in a hybrid environment, including both remote and on-site settings in Jodhpur
  • Previous experience in business development or sales is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
