Business Development Manager – AI Solutions Prisim | Bengaluru, India | Full-Time
Prisim builds AI voice agents and backend automation systems that help businesses run on autopilot. We are growing fast and looking for one sharp, experienced sales professional to lead our business development.
What you will do:
You will be the first point of contact between Prisim and the world. Your job is to identify potential clients, generate high-quality leads, build relationships with decision makers, and close deals. You will own the full sales cycle — from finding the prospect to signing the contract.
We need someone who has:
— Bachelor's degree (3 years minimum) in Business, Marketing, or any related field — Minimum 2–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience — A proven track record of generating leads independently, not just following up on inbound — Experience selling to founders, CEOs, or operations heads — Strong communication skills and the confidence to pitch to senior decision makers — An existing network in any industry that can be immediately activated — Self-driven attitude — you don't wait to be told what to do
This is not a role for:
Someone who only manages inbound leads or waits for the company to hand them prospects. We need a hunter, not a farmer.
