Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks will include developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, managing partnerships, and overseeing market research to identify trends and client needs. The role also involves collaborating with the event planning team to align business development efforts with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in sales, client relationship management, and business strategy development
• Proficiency in market research, trend analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
• Skilled in communication, negotiation, and building long-lasting partnerships
• Knowledge of event management, hospitality, or a related industry is highly advantageous
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, remote environment
• Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and related business tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the event management or hospitality industry is a plus
