Job Description : Business Head - Polymer
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead business strategy for polymer ingredients & specialty chemicals.
- Lead sales, revenue, and profitability across domestic and international markets.
- Develop key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and long-term customer relationships.
- Track market trends, competition, and product positioning.
- Collaborate with technical, sourcing, and operations teams for seamless execution.
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales and business team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in polymer ingredients / specialty chemicals business.
- Strong exposure to B2B sales, market expansion, and P&L ownership.
- Proven leadership and strategic decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
