Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Jaipur, with some flexibility for work-from-home and out of the city locations. The position involves identifying client for business, tie up with clients for promotions & uploading projects on portal.

building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to achieve targets. Responsibilities include market research, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, collaboration with internal teams, and driving business growth through innovative initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Negotiation, Presentation, and Deal-Closing skills
• Experience in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and identifying new business opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and effectively manage time
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strategic mindset
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales documentation is a plus
• Relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
