Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will engage in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive company growth. The role also involves market research, lead generation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis
  • Ability to develop and execute effective Strategic Growth Plans
  • Comfortable with client presentations and public speaking
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Prior experience in the relevant industry is an advantage
