Only CRM lead conversation work (No field sales)
Handle inbound and existing CRM leads
Convert leads into business through calls and follow-ups
Maintain proper CRM records and reports
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business development through CRM leads
Manage key accounts and long-term relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
