Seeking a Dynamic Business Development Manager for a Pharma Brand.
Job Responsibilities
• Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and
• industry events (conferences, exhibitions).
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Negotiate deals with close sales, and handle complaints or objections professionally.●
• Drive sustainable revenue and margin growth
• Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and other promotional events on behalf of the
• company.
• This role will be both supply & customer facing
Job Requirements
• Strong understanding of APIs, intermediates, excipients, and domestic pharma supply chains
• Proven experience handling Gujarat-based customers and territories
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Commercially sound with experience managing pricing, credit, and collections
• Proficient in MS Office & Google Suite, experience with CRM software is a plus
• Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat and Western India
• Graduate with a B.Sc. / M.Sc. / M.Pharm, BA, or related fields (an MBA in sales/
marketing is preferred) With 10 years of experience in domestic sales (with an area focus in Gujarat).
• Candidates with prior experience in API/excipient/nutraceutical raw-material sales or working in a pharma trading firm/export house will be given an advantage.
