We specialize in providing hand-curated tour packages, including accommodations, flights, transportation, guides, visas, and event coordination, for both international and domestic destinations. Our services include Leisure Group and MICE tours to regions such as Europe, South East Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and more, alongside north Indian destinations like Kashmir, Leh-Ladakh, and Himachal. The company also focuses on niche travel categories such as educational tours, spiritual tours, corporate meetings and conferences, heritage tours, and tailor-made experiences. This full-time on-site role, based in Dwarka, is for a Business Development Manager specializing in Pharma Travel and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building long-lasting relationships with clients, and coordinating with internal teams for the planning and delivery of travel and event solutions. The manager will work with clients in the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring tailored services for conferences, corporate travel, and other MICE-related engagements. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.

• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and contract negotiation
• Experience with corporate travel, MICE coordination, or event management
• Exceptional communication and client interaction skills
• Solid organizational and project management abilities
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and its specific requirements is advantageous
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
