Requirements:
- 510 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in clinical research, healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences.
- Emphasizes site capacity, patient pool, and operational efficiency at the site level.
- Having experience on global capabilities, regulatory expertise, and ability to manage complex, multi-site trials is an added advantage.
- Proven experience managing clients and BD teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
