Drive business growth through the Agency Channel by recruiting, developing, and managing agents.
Identify and onboard new agents to expand market reach and revenue.
Build strong, long-term relationships with agents to ensure sustained business performance.
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and productivity metrics for the agency channel.
Plan and execute channel development strategies in line with organizational objectives.
Conduct regular meetings, training programs, and engagement activities for agents.
Monitor agent performance and provide continuous guidance, coaching, and motivation.
Support agents with product knowledge, sales tools, and marketing initiatives.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and internal processes.
Prepare and submit periodic MIS reports on agency performance, pipeline, and closures.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Underwriting, Finance, HR) for smooth business execution.

Graduate
13 years of experience in business development or channel sales
Prior experience in handling Agency / Intermediary Channel is mandatory

CTC: 3.0 4.0 LPA
