Job Description:
Payout: Salary + Incentives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, and providing technical information and explanations.
- Identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads.
- Assessing potential clients IT needs and recommending products.
- Preparing and delivering sales pitches.
- Negotiating sales and service renewal contracts.
- Understand prospective business needs, and offer solutions and support with the goal to convert them into opportunities.
- Closing sales and working with prospects through the closing process.
- In-depth understanding of IT services sales/custom software development sales.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers worldwide
- Persuasive and target-oriented
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Knowledge of end-to-end sales process
- 5 years experience in software sales/ Inside Sales; IT services sales experience preferred
- Strong computer skills.
- The Candidate with selling experience to Enterprise level customers would be preferred.
- AI/ML/Digital Transformation solution sales experience would be an added advantage.
- Should be a Contributor to team effort by accomplishing achieving timely targets.
