The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth through client acquisition, relationship building, and strategic partnerships. On a daily basis, responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, crafting compelling proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role also involves market research and staying informed about industry trends to identify growth areas. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, offering the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team focused on creating long-term value for our clients.

• Proven skills in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Acquisition
• Strong relationship-building, Negotiation, and Communication skills
• Experience in Market Research, Business Strategy, and Partnership Development
• Ability to analyze industry trends and identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering tailored proposals and presentations
• Strong problem-solving skills, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in branding, marketing, or related industries is an advantage
• Familiarity with the Hyderabad business ecosystem is preferred
