Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Rajkot. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting revenue targets. The role will also involve regular market research to stay updated on SME sector trends, implementing strategies to improve customer acquisition, and collaborating with teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
- Proficiency in Market Research, Client Relationship Building, and Business Strategy
- Skill in Negotiation, Persuasion, and Customer Retention
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to develop data-driven strategies
- Team collaboration capabilities, coupled with strong leadership attributes
- Experience in financial services or working with SMEs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
