Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role requires the development and execution of strategic plans, market analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to meet company objectives. Additional tasks include preparing presentations, negotiating contracts, and delivering regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills
  • Knowledge of Market Research and the ability to conduct Competitor Analysis
  • Understanding of Contract Negotiation and Proposal Preparation
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility is an asset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA would be advantageous
