Jd FOR BDM:
- Assisting the company management and sales team to manage, develop and improve their sales, marketing and creative resources, to enhance sales and improve recruitment outcomes
- Lead and drive offline and online marketing strategies in the region
- Collate, analyse and review the sales activities and performance of your clients/offices in the region to assist the company management in assessing the business health of the region accurately and promptly
- Provide analysis and recommendations on all aspects of the region, which will have a short- and long-term impact on student recruitment in the region
- Research and create entry strategy plans for growth in your dedicated regions
- Assist the management in their plans to grow B2B business opportunities in your dedicated region
- Provide HELP DESK support to your clients
- Report weekly on all activities undertaken and all ROI
- Present marketing plans, both quarterly and annual, to reflect the company's plans for expansions and execute on approval
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-5 Years Exp. in Overseas Education, preferably in B2B Sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
Salary--8.00 to 9.00 lacs PA
