Job Title: Business Development Manager (B2B Software Sales)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 3 to 7 Years

Salary: 45000 +Incentive based on work performance

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in B2B software sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our software solutions including CRM, HRMS, Email Systems, WhatsApp Automation, and Accounting Software to businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Business Development
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn, cold calling, and networking
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential clients (SMEs, start-ups, and corporates)
  • Client Communication & Requirement Understanding
  • Connect with decision-makers and understand their business needs
  • Suggest suitable software solutions based on client requirements
  • Product Presentation & Demo
  • Conduct product demos and presentations for clients
  • Clearly explain features, benefits, and value proposition of each software
  • Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
  • Suggest improvements in pricing, positioning, and sales strategy
  • Reporting
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM data

Key Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in B2B Sales / Software Sales / SaaS Sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in selling CRM, HRMS, ERP, or similar software solutions preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and close deals independently
  • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
  • Basic understanding of business processes (HR, Sales, Finance)

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in IT / SaaS / Software industry
  • Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
