Position:- Sales Manager
Experience- Min 3 Years
Salary range:- upto 15 LPA (Depend on the interview)
Working Days- Monday- Friday (Alternate Saturdays working)
Location:- Gurgaon
General Summary:
Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services. Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
Core Functions:
- Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage sales pipeline working closely.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from qualifying the leads to progressing the opportunity and closing the sale.
- Get a deep understanding of the customer's business challenges, their impact and how our offerings can help overcome the challenges.
- Engage closely with the solution delivery/implementation team to help determine the best implementation method and project plan during the Sales process.
- B2B sales experience in selling IOT solutions
- Knowledge about Supply chain and logistics process.
- Knowledge about IOT Solution ( RFID & GPS Technology)
Desired Skills:
- Ability to converse at any level within the customer organization (CIO/ Business/Department Heads)
- Excellent communication skills
- Possess Product/ solution selling experience with technical knowledge.

Qualification:
BCA, B.Tech -IT, MCA, BSc. Computer science, PGDM MBA (Marketing)
