Job Overview

  • We are looking for a motivated 2 to 5 years of experience and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Mumbai-NaviMumbai and West India.
  • As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our innovative products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Identify and target potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, stay updated on industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance analysis, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in technology sales, preferably in IT/ITES products and services.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
