Job Description

The ideal candidate should drive chiller business growth by achieving targets, building strong client relationships, executing marketing strategies, tracking competition, and converting large deals into orders.

Responsibilities

1. Drive the Chiller Business as per ABP wrt to Billing , Booking, Collections

2. Network and build a strong relationship with PMC, Architect, consultants, Customers, Builders and General Contractors.

3. Build strong brand equity while conceiving various strategic programs.

4. Monitor the competition closely and benchmark with Blue Star Range of Products to effectively position in the market.

5. To develop a comprehensive marketing plan based on the nature of the market and segments specific to the territory.

6. Manage big deals effectively and convert them into orders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5- 10 years of sales experience
  • Strong Datacenter market connect.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to travel in order to do business
