Position:Business Development Manager (Sales Executive)

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Salary: basic 9000 + conveyance + incentive upto 50,000/month for freshers

Job Role:

As an Business Development Manager, you will be directly involved in driving sales by acquiring new customers and managing relationships with existing clients. Your primary responsibility is to meet sales targets, promote Orange Infocom's services, and contribute to the company's overall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
  • Product Presentation: Deliver effective presentations and demonstrations of our broadband services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and close sales deals with prospective customers.
  • Customer Support: Address customer queries, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service.
  • Field Work: Visit prospective customers at their premises to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to the management on performance and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the telecom or broadband industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
