We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate leads and drive sales in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Staff Augmentation and B2B sales, with proven experience using online bidding platforms like Upwork, Guru, and Freelancer.
Responsibilities
- Generate direct leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Manage the entire pre-sales cycle: lead generation, appointment fixing, presentations, and proposal submissions.
- Negotiate and acquire customers, focusing on US-based clients.
- Research market trends and identify potential target customers.
- Conduct follow-ups and provide relevant product demos to prospects.
- Requirements:
- Experience with Staff Augmentation.
- Experience in B2B sales and working with large organizations.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written) in English.
- Demonstrable experience with online bidding portals and lead generation.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years prior industry related business development experience
