Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Offline Sales to drive revenue growth through field-based sales activities, doctor referrals, and market campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in clinic visits, building strong referral networks with doctors, and executing effective market-level promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular referral meetings with doctors to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Generate business through field sales activities across clinics and healthcare centres.
• Proven Field sales & relationship-building skills.
• Should have a network of dispensaries and medical professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the referral network in assigned territories (Gurgaon & Ghaziabad).
• Plan and execute market campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of meetings, follow-ups, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in conducting doctor referral meetings.
• Proven field work experience in clinics/healthcare segment.
• Target-driven with strong negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the local Gurgaon, Delhi & Ghaziabad market.
