Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Lead generation through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and networking
- Convert leads into clients and achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Follow up with clients for closures and repeat business
Required Skills- 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong client handling and relationship management
- Knowledge of IT services / Digital Marketing sales preferred
- Basic understanding of AI tools and AI-driven business solutions
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, automation platforms, and AI-based CRM/workflow tools
- Ability to explain AI-powered services to clients
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good understanding of MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Candidate- Candidates with experience in IT services, website development, SEO, digital marketing, software solutions sales will be preferred.
