Job Description

Oceanic Studio is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) with 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and building strong long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Lead generation through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Convert leads into clients and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Follow up with clients for closures and repeat business

Required Skills
  • 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong client handling and relationship management
  • Knowledge of IT services / Digital Marketing sales preferred
  • Basic understanding of AI tools and AI-driven business solutions
  • Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, automation platforms, and AI-based CRM/workflow tools
  • Ability to explain AI-powered services to clients
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Good understanding of MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Candidate
  • Candidates with experience in IT services, website development, SEO, digital marketing, software solutions sales will be preferred.
