We are looking for a driven and result oriented Inside Sales Specialist, US Staffing to join our Noida team and support business growth in the North American market.

Role Overview: The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, conducting outreach campaigns, building prospect pipelines, setting meetings, and supporting the sales team in expanding NR Consulting's presence in the US staffing market.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in US staffing sales, lead generation, client outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify potential clients in the US market for staffing, workforce, and talent solutions.
  • Research target companies, hiring managers, HR leaders, procurement teams, MSP contacts, and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a strong database of prospects using LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, CRM tools, and market research platforms.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, and other sales channels.
  • Track hiring trends, active job openings, industry movements, and competitor activity to identify sales opportunities.

Client Outreach and Appointment Setting:

  • Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to introduce NR Consulting's staffing services.
  • Connect with decision-makers and present NR Consulting's capabilities in US staffing and workforce solutions.
  • Schedule discovery calls, introductory meetings, and business discussions for the sales leadership team.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Handle initial client conversations professionally and capture key business requirements.

Sales Support and Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, calls, emails, follow-ups, and meeting updates in CRM or sales trackers.
  • Support the sales team in preparing client lists, outreach reports, prospect notes, and meeting briefs.
  • Coordinate with internal recruiting and delivery teams to understand service capabilities and client requirements.
  • Assist in building account intelligence, market mapping, and territory-based prospecting.
  • Track weekly and monthly targets related to calls, emails, qualified leads, meetings, and opportunities generated.

Market Research and Business Development:

  • Research industry verticals such as IT, healthcare, engineering, pharma, professional services, manufacturing, and financial services.
  • Identify companies hiring contract, contract-to-hire, full-time, W2, C2C, and 1099 resources.
  • Monitor job postings and hiring demand across target accounts.
  • Create focused prospecting campaigns based on geography, industry, technology, and hiring volume.
  • Support business development initiatives for new client acquisition.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Work closely with sales leaders, client managers, and recruiting teams to align prospecting efforts with delivery strengths.
  • Share market insights, client feedback, and opportunity updates with management.
  • Maintain professional communication with prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and disciplined execution of sales activities.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in US staffing.
  • Good understanding of the US staffing industry, employment models, and client acquisition process.
  • Experience with cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and appointment setting.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Ability to research companies, identify decision-makers, and build prospect lists.
  • Good knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, CRM systems, job boards, and MS Excel.
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to work with sales targets.
  • Ability to work in night shift aligned with US business hours.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience selling staffing services in the US market.
  • Understanding of IT staffing, healthcare staffing, professional staffing, or engineering staffing.
  • Experience working with MSP/VMS accounts, direct clients, and mid-market companies.
  • Ability to create basic outreach messaging and sales email campaigns.
  • Exposure to CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Bullhorn, or similar platforms.
  • Strong market research and account mapping skills.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Number of calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach activities completed.
  • Number of appointments or discovery calls scheduled.
  • Prospect database quality and accuracy.
  • Follow-up discipline and pipeline movement.
  • Conversion of prospects into active business discussions.
  • Contribution to new client acquisition.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-driven, disciplined, and confident in communicating with US-based clients. The person should be comfortable with outbound sales, market research, and consistent follow-ups. They should understand that inside sales is not just dialing numbers, it is disciplined hunting with a headset and a plan.
