Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that commercial establishments obtain valid licenses for the public performance of Novex-controlled music in compliance with the Copyright Act, 1957.
- Conduct daily field visits to monitor and supervise licensing compliance across: Hotels, Restaurants, Malls, Pubs, Bars, and Discos, Event Venues, Resorts, Convention Halls, and Banquet Events
- Facilitate accurate and timely collection of license fees.
- Identify instances of unauthorized use of music and engage with hosts, event managers, hotel staff, or venue representatives to regularize licensing and recover legitimate fees.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with venue owners, managers, and event organizers.
Essential Requirements
- Age group: 3238 years
- This is a field-based role requiring extensive local travel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and pleasant personality.
- Ability to build rapport and handle on-ground discussions professionally.
- Must own a two-wheeler for field coverage.
Qualifications
- MBA from a recognized university.
