CTC - Upto 6.5 Lpa Fixed + 72k TA + Variable

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will focus on driving growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and nurturing existing client accounts. Responsibilities include conducting market research, creating strategic business plans, achieving sales targets, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven Field sales track record and ability to meet targets.
  • Should be proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory.
  • Should have an interest in Business Development (B2C/ B2B) for Software Application Products /solutions.
  • Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, and emphasize product features and benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.
  • Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and Societies,accounting services partners and builders to
  • understand the scope of business and their expectations.
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities and lead conversions.
  • Ability to do product demonstrations to higher level authorities
  • Onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform will be a major KRA.
