Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Business Development Manager. The role involves managing and building relationships with partners, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategies to drive business growth. The Business Development Manager will work on achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining market insights to stay competitive. This position requires high interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of market dynamics.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, relationship management, and strategic business development
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement effective strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in team collaboration, project management, and goal setting
- Familiarity with the health insurance sector or related industries is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Should possess problem-solving abilities, customer orientation, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
