This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and executing strategies to achieve sales targets. The role includes researching market trends, preparing proposals, managing partnerships, attending industry events, and collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that align with client needs.

• Proven skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Client Relationship Management
• Proficiency in Market Research and identifying growth opportunities
• Experienced in Sales, Negotiation, and Deal Closing
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Networking abilities
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the education or training sector is an advantage
