Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving growth targets. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, creating and implementing business strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management and engagement. The role involves presenting services to clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the achievement of revenue objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, and market penetration strategies
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to cultivate and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and understanding market trends
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities for identifying and capturing business opportunities
- Ability to work autonomously, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Experience in the health insurance or similar industries is preferred but not mandatory
