Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This includes developing and implementing business strategies, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and presenting proposals to potential clients. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to support clients needs and align strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven ability in Business Development, B2B Sales, and Account Management
  • Strong skills in Networking, Market Research, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Negotiation, Contract Development, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work on-site and collaboratively with a team
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and related business development tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
