  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase their value while also attracting new customers.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and generate new business opportunities.
  • Marketing Initiatives:
  • Plan, develop, and oversee new marketing initiatives that align with business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Research organizations and individuals to identify new opportunities and target markets.
  • Sales Growth and Market Development:
  • Identify and develop new markets to expand the company’s reach.
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve sales processes, develop new business leads, and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and submit quotes and proposals to clients, ensuring they are aligned with customer needs and company capabilities.
  • Business Growth and Strategy:
  • Develop goals for the development team and business growth, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Track progress and adjust strategies to meet established targets.
  • Team Development and Training:
  • Train and mentor team members to help them develop their skills and succeed in their roles.
  • Provide ongoing support to the business development team, ensuring a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong research skills to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
  • Experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving business growth.
  • Proficiency in developing proposals, quotes, and strategic plans.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to navigate challenges and find solutions.
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (typically 3+ years).
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams, managing projects, and leading business growth initiatives.
  • Experience in attending and participating in industry events, conferences, and meetings.
