Job Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive software sales and expand our enterprise client base. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with corporate and institutional clients, and delivering tailored software solutions that align with their operational needs.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to proposal, negotiation, and closure, while building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the software solutions space
  • Engage with corporates, engineering firms, and institutions for B2B sales
  • Present and position software solutions based on client requirements
  • Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations to decision-makers
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, follow-ups, and closures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution delivery

Key Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in software or technology sales (B2B preferred)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise or engineering software solutions is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive sales approach

Qualifications
  • BBA / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in handling corporate or institutional clients
  • Exposure to CAD, BIM, or engineering software domains is a plus
