Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for part-time work from home. This role is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and nurturing relationships with individual investors, wealth partners, and institutional clients to grow SAUDA™s presence in the unlisted and pre-IPO markets. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and demos (in-person and virtual), presenting SAUDA™s products and value proposition, and driving conversions across the platform and app. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to design and execute growth campaigns, gather market feedback, and improve client experience. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, ensuring regulatory-compliant communication, and representing SAUDA™ at events, webinars, and partner forums.

Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and deal closing.
- Client relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust, understand investor needs, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment products, ideally including unlisted shares, pre-IPO opportunities, mutual funds, and retail investing trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple, engaging language.
- Experience working in fintech, broking, wealth management, or related financial services environments is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven, technology-enabled environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
