Hiring: Business Development Manager – Domestic Staffing
Company: Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Noida
Work Model: 5 Days Onsite
Head Field Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Domestic Staffing Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition for the Domestic Staffing business.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across PAN India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Generate leads, conduct client discussions, and convert opportunities into business.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our domestic staffing customer base.
- Work closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Domestic Staffing / Recruitment Business Development.
- Strong understanding of the PAN India staffing market.
- Existing relationships or connections with staffing customers will be preferred.
- Strong client acquisition, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver against business development targets.
- Candidates with an established network within the domestic staffing industry are encouraged to apply.
