Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager 2 positions in west ( Maharashtra and Gujraat). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating strategies to drive revenue. Key responsibilities include market research, sales forecasting, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with customer needs. The role also involves tracking industry trends to leverage potential business opportunities and participating in promotional activities to strengthen the company's market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong abilities in Market Research, Sales Forecasting, Prospecting, and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, Negotiations, and Networking
• Experience in Strategic Planning, Business Acumen, and Sales Operations processes
• Leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and build collaboration across teams
• Engineering Graduate/ MBA Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or beverage packaging industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proactive and goal-oriented approach with the ability to meet and exceed targets

Experiance Required

7 to 10 Years of Experiance in Packaging industries/ F&B/ Caps/ lebel/ Glass/Packaging Machinery.
