Role Summury:

We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can generate revenue for the company from the very first month. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating and executing their own sales strategy based on market opportunities and bringing new clients for our software products and IT services.

This role requires someone who is independent, proactive, and strongly focused on revenue generation.

Key Responsibilites:

Generate new business opportunities and revenue for customized software development (Web, Mobile, Desktop Applications, SaaS Products, and IT Services).

Identify potential clients through market research, networking, partnerships, and lead generation strategies.

Take complete ownership of the sales cycle lead generation, pitching, proposal creation, negotiation, deal closure, and project handover.

Develop and execute your own sales strategies based on market opportunities and client needs.

Meet prospective clients in person, understand their business problems, and present customized technology solutions.

Generate revenue from the first month of joining and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, meetings, and deals in the CRM or internal systems.

Collaborate closely with the technical and management teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Continuously explore new markets, industries, and partnerships for company growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (MBA / Marketing / IT preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B Sales (IT Industry preferred)

Experience in Software Sales is mandatory

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to build strong professional relationships with clients

Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving revenue targets

Willingness to travel for in-person meetings (own vehicle preferred)

Preffered Skills:

Experience selling custom software development services

Strong lead generation and networking abilities

Understanding of IT services, SaaS products, and digital solutions

Ability to independently drive sales strategy and revenue growth

Compensation:

Salary: 25,000 40,000 per month (based on experience)

Revenue Target Expectation:

Candidates are expected to generate 5 of their base salary in revenue per month.

Example:

If salary = 30,000 Expected Revenue = 1.5 Lakh per month
