About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with agency experience who can drive new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for the agency.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop proposals and pitch decks.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Coordinate with strategy, creative, and account teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive closures.

Requirements:

  • 36 years of experience in business development, preferably in a creative or digital agency.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in client acquisition, pitching, and closing deals.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, branding, and creative services is preferred.
