The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the business for Aryan India Group in the Airport Construction and Development sector. This role involves identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in airport construction and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, contractors, and clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
- Manage the business development pipeline and report on progress to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-12 years of experience in business development, preferably in the construction or airport development sector.
- Strong understanding of the airport construction industry and regulatory requirements in India.
- Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and project assessments.
