Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: KINFRA Techno Park, Kakkanchery, near Calicut University
Key Responsibilities
Target Ownership
- Oversee monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets for the BDS function.
- Ensure that BDS targets are met across all brands through team management, process optimization, and direct contribution when needed.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop BD Admins and Team Leads across brands.
- Drive consistent performance, adherence to SOPs, and alignment with brand strategies.
- Foster a culture of accountability, speed, and ownership within the BDS team.
Outreach & Lead Generation
- Design and supervise outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, cold calls).
- Monitor campaign performance, response rates, and funnel progression to optimize results.
- Introduce new strategies and best practices to maximize lead generation efficiency.
Lead Conversion Support
- Ensure timely follow-ups, delivery of decks/proposals, and smooth lead progression.
- Collaborate with brand leads to strategize on high-priority prospects and key opportunities.
- Implement frameworks to increase lead-to-deal conversion rates across the group.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain consolidated dashboards, KPIs, and weekly reporting to senior management.
- Analyze team performance and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making in all aspects of BDS operations.
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as the primary liaison for BDS across all brands.
- Coordinate with brand heads, senior management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on targets and priorities.
- Champion cross-brand knowledge sharing and best practices.
Job Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation
- Experience in managing and leading teams
- Strong track record of achieving targets
- Hands-on experience with outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.)
- Good understanding of lead generation and conversion process
- Ability to analyze data and track performance
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
