Role Description

We're looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager who can successfully onboard brands and agencies and drive growth across domestic and international markets.

What you'll do:

• Identify, approach, and onboard brands and agencies for mobile app marketing campaigns
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition
• Leverage platforms like AppsFlyer for attribution, insights, and performance tracking
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute high-performing user acquisition strategies across global markets

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in onboarding brands and agencies in digital/mobile marketing
• Strong background in business development or sales within app marketing
• Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer or similar MMP platforms
• Solid understanding of CPI, CPL, CPS, CPA, ROAS, attribution & performance marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and pitching skills
• Ability to work across domestic and international markets
