Job Description -

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the Defence and Railways sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our range of Conventional and Smart PDUs designed for military and industrial applications, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities-

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Dfense and Railways sectors.
  2. Promote and sell Conventional and Smart PDUs specifically designed for military and mission-critical applications.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, technical stakeholders, PSUs, and private defence organizations.
  4. Understand customer requirements and recommend customized, value-driven solutions.
  5. Prepare and deliver well-structured technical and commercial proposals.
  6. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure solutions are fully aligned with customer expectations.
  7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to support strategic planning.

Required Qualifications -

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
  2. 23 years of experience in business development or technical sales.
  3. Experience in selling long-life-cycle industrial equipment to Defense or Railways.
  4. Familiarity with PDUs and their applications in military environments.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Knowing the local language Kannada is an added advantage.
