Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, creating and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, devising business strategies to drive growth, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Development and Sales skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and contract negotiations
- Strategic thinking and Market Analysis capabilities
- Project Management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge or experience in exhibitions, event management.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
